Privacy Policy

The short version
This is a personal website. It is not a business, it does not sell anything, and it does not track you across the web. There is no advertising network and no analytics script on these pages. The only personal data collected is what you deliberately type into the contact form or the newsletter signup.
What is collected
- Contact form. Your name, email address, and message. These are emailed to the site owner so he can reply. They are not added to any marketing list.
- Newsletter signup. Your email address, stored in a mailing list so you can be notified about new posts. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes the address.
- Server logs. The hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention. These are not used to build a profile of you.
Who it is shared with
Nobody, other than the service providers needed to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and the Turnstile anti-spam check on both forms) and Resend (sending email and holding the newsletter list). Your data is never sold, rented, or traded.
Personal applications
The site owner builds private software for his own use. Some of it connects to his own accounts through third-party APIs, including Google APIs.
These are single-user tools. Each one reads and writes only data belonging to the account that authorizes it, stores it on a private server under the owner's control, and shows it only to that same person. They have no other users, no sign-up, and no public interface. They do not use that data to train models, do not serve advertising, and do not transfer it to anyone.
Their use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of anything held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, through the contact form. Requests are handled personally, usually within a few days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no version history worth keeping for a site this size.
